How call reviews work
Every live call you record gets a full review: what happened, how you did, what to fix, and a follow-up email ready to send.
- Open Sales Sessions in the sidebar. Sort by Recency or Company, then click a call (or its โจ icon) to open the review. Calls you end with End Call & Review open there automatically.

Call reviews questions
Where are my practice call reviews?
Practice calls have their own scorecard. Open Practice, switch to ๐ Past Results, and click Review. Sales Sessions and the call analysis page are for your real, live calls.
Why is a live call scored out of 10 and practice out of 100?
They measure different things. Practice grades five skills against a scenario (opening, discovery, value, objections, closing). A live review grades the whole real conversation against the objectives you set for the call.
My call has no analysis yet.
Open the call and click Analyze Call Performance. Analysis normally starts automatically when you end a call with End Call & Review.
Can I change the follow-up email?
Click Regenerate for a fresh draft, or copy it into your email and edit it there. It's written from what was actually said on the call.
What does the talk ratio mean?
It's how much of the call you spoke versus the prospect. As a benchmark, reps talk about 57% of the time in deals they win and 62% in deals they lose. Lower usually means you asked better questions.
