What is Basic Echo (Free Plan)?

Basic Echo is our free tier designed to let you experience SalesEcho's core capabilities. It includes a 2-minute test of the real-time AI sales assistant, limited conversation analysis, and basic sales guidance. It's perfect for trying out the platform before committing to a paid plan.

What is Radar ($29/month)?

Radar is our professional plan for sales professionals who want to master every conversation. It includes unlimited real-time sales guidance, live sentiment analysis and mood tracking, post-call insights and analytics, up to 10 AI practice calls per day, and 24/7 support and updates. You can start with a $1 trial for 3 days to experience all features.

What features are included in Radar?

Radar includes everything you need to close more deals: unlimited real-time AI coaching during calls, live sentiment analysis to read the room, full call recordings with transcripts, AI-generated call summaries and action items, practice mode with AI prospects, pre-call research on companies and contacts, and automated follow-up email drafts.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes! You can upgrade from Basic Echo to Radar at any time. If you're on Radar and want to downgrade, your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period, then revert to Basic Echo.

Does SalesEcho offer enterprise plans?

Yes! We offer enterprise plans for sales teams of all sizes. Enterprise customers get volume discounts, dedicated onboarding and training, priority support, team analytics dashboards, admin controls for managing team members, and custom integrations. Contact our sales team to discuss your needs.

What enterprise features are available?

Enterprise plans include everything in Radar plus: team-wide analytics and performance tracking, manager dashboards to review team calls, centralized billing and seat management, SSO and advanced security options, custom AI training on your company's products and messaging, dedicated customer success manager, and SLA guarantees.

How do I get started with an enterprise plan?

Visit our Enterprise page and fill out the contact form. Our sales team will reach out within 24 hours to discuss your team's needs, provide a custom quote, and schedule a demo. We work with teams from 10 to 1,000+ sales reps.

Can I get a demo for my team?

Absolutely! We offer personalized demos for teams considering SalesEcho. During the demo, we'll show you the real-time AI assistant in action, walk through team analytics features, and answer any questions about implementation. Request a demo through our Enterprise page.

PRICING & BILLING

Can I try before I commit?

Yes! We offer a $1 trial for 3 days on our Radar plan. This gives you full access to all premium features including unlimited real-time AI coaching, sentiment analysis, practice mode, and post-call insights. After the trial, it's $29/month. Cancel anytime.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment partner, Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with net-30 terms.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not automatically renew. There are no cancellation fees.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds. We provide a $1 trial specifically so you can fully test SalesEcho before committing to a subscription. This trial period is your opportunity to evaluate whether SalesEcho is right for you. All subscription fees are final and non-refundable—no exceptions. By subscribing after your trial, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

USING THE PLATFORM

What video conferencing tools does SalesEcho work with?

SalesEcho works with virtually any meeting platform! Our Mac and Windows desktop apps can listen in on any program running on your computer—Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, GoToMeeting, phone calls, and more. The app automatically detects when meetings start and seamlessly captures audio from any application.

What languages does SalesEcho support?

SalesEcho transcribes sales calls in 32 languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and many more. Our AI coaching is currently in English, with multi-language coaching support coming soon.

How accurate is the AI conversation analysis?

Our AI is trained specifically for sales conversations and continuously improves through machine learning. It accurately identifies key topics, action items, objections, and sentiment while maintaining context throughout complex business discussions.

Can I practice sales calls with AI?

Yes! Our Practice Mode lets you roleplay sales scenarios with AI prospects. You can practice cold calls, discovery calls, objection handling, and closing techniques. After each practice session, you get a score and detailed feedback to help you improve.

Do I need to install anything?

SalesEcho works directly in your browser—no downloads required for the web app. We also offer desktop apps for macOS and Windows for enhanced audio capture and automatic meeting detection. The desktop app is optional but recommended for the best experience.

SECURITY & PRIVACY

Is my conversation data secure?

Absolutely. We're a US-based company that takes security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for our infrastructure, which maintains SOC 2 Type II certification. Your data is never shared with third parties.

Can I delete my data?

Yes! You have full control over your data. You can delete individual sales sessions, recordings, and transcripts from your dashboard. You can also delete all your data at once from your Account settings. Once deleted, data is permanently removed from our systems.

Do you have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?

Yes, we offer a Data Processing Agreement for customers who need one for compliance purposes. You can view our standard DPA on our website, or contact us for a custom agreement if your organization has specific requirements.

SUPPORT

What browsers and devices are supported?

SalesEcho works best on Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, Arc). We also offer native desktop apps for macOS and Windows. Mobile web is supported for reviewing past sessions, though real-time coaching works best on desktop.

How do I get help if I have issues?

For support, email us at ben@sales-echo.com with details about your issue. Include your browser version and steps to reproduce the problem. Our support team typically responds within a few hours during business days. Enterprise customers get priority support with faster response times.

Do you offer onboarding or training?

All new users get access to our quick-start guide and video tutorials. Enterprise customers receive dedicated onboarding sessions, team training, and ongoing support from a customer success manager to ensure your team gets maximum value from SalesEcho.
